Anne and Richard live in Christchurch with their two daughters. They are passionate outdoor people enjoying walking, boating, skiing and travel. They are strong believers in the power of experiential learning having attended Spirit of Adventure and Outward Bound respectively. Anne and Richard are community minded people choosing to be extensively involved in Rotaract, Outward Bound Trust of New Zealand and school PTAs.

Anne is a passionate advocate of customer engagement. Anne has extensive experience in retail, call centres, banking, software support, printing and apparel. Anne has been a New Zealand representative sportswoman. Anne works full-tie as senior account manager for both Inspire Creative and Printmax.

Richard is a seasoned marketer and strategic planner. Richard has extensive experience in financial services, e-commerce, telecommunications, consumer insurance, retail, franchising and printing. Richard is passionate about customer experience, effective communication and branding.
